Considerations

ARRIVAL

We ask that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment so you can unwind and enjoy our lounge amenities.

PUNCTUALITY

Time is a very precious commodity. Late arrival for an appointment may result in an adjustment to your service or rescheduling. No shows will be charged.  

CHILDREN AND YOUNG ADULTS UNDER 18

Love them, however in consideration of guests seeking a relaxing atmosphere at the Behold Salon and Spa, children under the age of 13 must be accompanied at all times by an adult. Adults 18 and over ONLY are allowed in the Spa Sanctuary. Any spa services for young adults 16 and older must be accompanied by an adult and parents must sign an authorization.

PETS

We are animal lovers but unfortunately can not permit them in our salon and spa unless they are accompanying clients as guide dogs trained to lead blind and visually impaired clients.

CELL PHONES

Cell phones should be silenced at all times. 

PRICES

All service fees are subject to change.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to your personal articles. Please wear the smock or robe we provide for you during hair and spa services. Please leave your jewelry and valuables at home.

GRATUITIES

Gratuities are at the discretion of our guests and greatly appreciated. Our service providers appreciate you thanking them for the service they provided. We have envelopes at the reception desk for gratuities which are accepted in cash only. There is an ATM in our client lounge for cash transactions.

PAYMENT

We accept all forms of credit cards and Apple Pay. For some services, a deposit may be required at time of booking. We have the option to keep your credit card on file for future appointments.

CANCELLATIONS

As a courtesy to Behold Salon and Spa and its staff, we ask that you give us 48 hours to re-book the pre-scheduled service you need to cancel. No shows or failure of notice to cancel will result in a full charge of the service.
